Software permission
Permission is granted to install and use the compiled PDFCore application free of charge for personal and commercial document work. Redistribution of an unmodified installer is permitted provided the included license and third-party notices remain included.
No warranty
The software and website are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the copyright holder is not liable for damages arising from their use.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for verifying important conversions, maintaining backups, respecting document permissions, confirming the meaning of signature appearances, and independently checking redactions before a file is distributed. Use password-removal features only for documents you own or are authorized to modify.
Third-party components
PDFCore includes open-source components licensed separately, including PDFsharp-GDI, PdfPig, the Open XML SDK and the self-contained .NET Windows Desktop runtime. The installer includes the detailed third-party notice.
