Compare important words and numbers against the source. After merging or splitting, check page order, orientation, forms and links. After creating a picture-based PDF, inspect margins and small text.
Use The Right Output
Searchable PDF keeps the scanned page image with a text layer. TXT is useful for editing the words. Version 8.1.0 does not export Word documents or promise to reconstruct a PDF layout.
Compare File Sizes
Structural PDF optimization does not guarantee a smaller file. Keep the original and compare both appearance and size.
