Terms Of Use
Information about the website, free applications and included third-party components.
Updated October 19, 2026.
Free Application Features
The included features described for the current PDFCore applications are available without a paid feature upgrade. The applications are intended for 64-bit Windows 10 or Windows 11.
Software Licenses
Review the license information supplied with each installer. Open-source components retain their own licenses and notices. This website does not replace or restrict the rights granted by those licenses.
Your Documents
Use files you have permission to process. Keep originals, review converted or recognized results and check the requirements of the people receiving your documents.
Accuracy And Availability
OCR and document conversion can produce errors or differences. Features and system requirements are described for the current release; no particular result, compatibility with every file or uninterrupted website availability is promised.
Optional Third-Party Software
Setup can present an optional third-party software offer. Acceptance is separate from using the main application, and declining does not prevent its installation. The optional provider’s own terms apply if you choose its offer.
